Management structure: Emphasis is placed on communication between the management and frontline staff, and an accountability system is implemented. Classroom teaching model:
Small class teaching is practiced in the whole school, with about 25 students in each class. Differentiated teaching and group learning combined with e-learning are used to provide a suitable curriculum for students with different abilities.

Students are taught various learning strategies such as reading strategies, note-taking skills, organizing knowledge with different brain maps, using different e-learning tools, etc., so as to enable them to master self-learning skills; diversified learning strategies and activities, such as group activities, discussions, role-playing, visits, cross-curricular theme days, etc. and moderation of learning content to cater for the different needs of students, so as to make learning more interesting and to enhance the effectiveness of learning.
