Objective: The school integrates the educational concept of multiple intelligences and the student-oriented interactive curriculum to activate the mindset of the teaching method to fully utilize children's linguistic talents, inner potential and creativity. We emphasize on building children's habit of exploration and truth-seeking, enabling them to effectively master and utilize technology, and bringing new vitality to the society.

Management Structure: The direction of the school is set by the school sponsor, Activation Education Organization. It is a registered non-profit making organization. The Chairman of the organization, Professor Paul Yip Kwok-wah, is also the Chairman of Yew Wah Educational Organization, and the Board of Directors of the organization are all experienced in education or social services. The School Management Committee (SMC) of the school has laid down the principles of school organization and supports the Principal to lead the staff team in planning and implementing the education ministry.

Classroom teaching model:
Each class has 20 students and is taught in small groups and small classes to cater for the learning development of individual students. English is the medium of instruction for all subjects except Chinese Language which is taught in Putonghua. All school activities are conducted in English to enhance an immersive language environment for active learning of English.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school has established an immersive English learning environment where English is used as the language of communication for all activities and Putonghua is used for Chinese Language. A self-paced curriculum is adopted for all Chinese and English subjects to provide students with the most appropriate learning content. Teaching in small classes of 20 students emphasizes student participation and interaction. The English and General Studies subjects are organized into thematic curricula. The entire learning time is integrated with community resources, such as visits to art galleries and museums.
Life-wide Learning:
Outdoor visits, field trips and other co-curricular activities are organized to enrich students' learning experience. Extra-curricular activities include dance, table tennis, badminton, basketball, rope skipping, gymnastics, art, violin, harmonica, Chinese painting, and math classes.
