Objectives: The school adheres to the mission of Fung Kai Public School, which is to implement whole-person education in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, social skills, and aesthetics based on the motto of "humility, trust, diligence, and sensitivity"; to train students to think independently, and to assist them in establishing a correct and positive outlook on life. We provide students with an excellent learning environment and a comprehensive and balanced curriculum, so that they can learn happily and develop their potentials, and be prepared to contribute to society in the future.

Management structure: The school is an aided school under the Fung Kai Public School. Fung Kai Public School is a charitable corporation and its administration is coordinated by the Board of Directors.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
Adapt and tailor the school-based curriculum to suit the different abilities of the classes (e.g. elite classes, advanced classes) by adding elements of enhancement, remediation, advancement, enrichment, etc.; and adjust the progress and contents of learning and teaching according to the abilities and performance of the students.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; and organizing inclusive campus activities.
