Cultivate students' spirit of "self-restraint and love for others" and build up positive values. To implement the "Dynamic Train" award scheme to enable students to realize themselves and build up their self-confidence. Organize leadership training activities to inspire students' leadership potential. The team actively serves the community and contributes to the community so as to develop a sense of belonging and responsibility.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :

1. Based on the principles of gifted teaching, we adopt metacognitive strategies, systematic thinking training, promote assessment literacy, and design student-centered teaching to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. Students will acquire self-learning skills and develop good learning habits.
2. In order to review and appropriately follow up the progress of students' learning, progressive assessment (without examination) is provided for Primary 1, while multiple learning assessment and examination are provided for Primary 2 to Primary 6.

Life-wide Learning:

There are Activity Groups, Advanced Placement Classes, and After-School Programs covering academics, sports, arts, thinking, and skills training. Uniformed groups include Cub Scouts, Red Cross Boys, Little Girl Guides and Flag-raising Teams. Specialized teams include Orchestra and Instrumental Group, Community Chest, Junior Police Call, Environmental Pioneers and Campus Reporters. School activities include the Land Games, trips, visits, educational camps and out-of-country learning exchanges.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Peer subject teachers move and tailor the curriculum as needed; homework and assessment accommodations are made for students who need them.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The School provides additional support to its admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-outs on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); organizing inclusive campus activities; and employing additional staff and/or procuring additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.

Home school cooperation:

1. parents participate in the PTA, School Management Committee (SMC), Business Activity Monitoring Committee (BAMC), etc., to provide input into the development of the school.
2. The PTA organizes annual general meetings, parent-child trips, parent days, interest classes, parent seminars and parent-child activities.
3. Organize parent volunteer teams to assist the school in organizing major events and chaperone programs.

Environmental Policy:

Green team management emphasizes both knowledge and practice. In addition to promoting environmental protection messages, we also implement green campus (e.g., with green planting gardens), energy conservation, and recycling programs for waste paper and used clothes.
