Objective: The school is a government-subsidized elementary school operated by the Hong Kong and Kowloon Fresh Fish Association. Based on the principle of teaching without discrimination and the school motto of "Simplicity, Honesty, Courage and Perseverance", the school aims to cultivate the students' spirit of diligence and service to the society. We aim to make learning enjoyable for every student and to nurture children for lifelong learning so that they can have comprehensive and individualized development in the areas of ethics, intellect, physique, social skills and aesthetics to adapt to the ever-changing world.

Management structure: The Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) sets the direction of the school, and the Principal leads the administrative teams and sections to plan and implement school affairs. School leaders are responsible for the implementation of school affairs in four areas, namely, management and organization, learning and teaching, school ethos and student support, and student performance. All teachers are assigned to join the administrative teams to enhance their professionalism through planning, implementation and evaluation.
