Chinese is taught in Putonghua throughout the school. Morning and afternoon reading, Moral and Civic Education, book classes, co-curricular and life-wide activities are organized. Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as necessary in the implementation of Putonghua education across the board for all grades (i.e., all classes/groups) in the school.
