Classroom teaching model:
Small class teaching and cooperative learning are emphasized, and classroom management activities are emphasized to promote harmonious and caring teacher-student relationships. Dual class teacher system is implemented in Primary 1 and Primary 6 to cater for the needs of students in Primary and Secondary Schools. All levels have Chinese, English and Mathematics Leapfrog Classes and Split Groups.

Grades 1 to 3: each with 2 classes using Putonghua CMI, 2 classes using Cantonese CMI, and 4 classes divided equally according to their academic results.

Life-wide Learning:
We emphasize the development of the whole person and the potential of students:
- Organize domestic and overseas exchange activities
- Diversified extracurricular activities including Girl Scouts, Shepherd's Pipe Team, Pipe Band, Choir, English and Chinese Debate Team, STREAM Team, Rope Skipping Team, Chinese Dance, Drama, Ball Team, etc.
- Provide opportunities for students to realize their potential: organizing school competitions, recommending students to participate in inter-school competitions, and training students.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
The school teaches Chinese, English and Mathematics at the same level in small groups, designing worksheets for different levels, and providing homework and test adaptations to help students with different learning needs.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: additional teachers/teaching assistants are employed to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; and inclusive campus activities are organized.
Home school cooperation:
The school has set up parent managers to participate in school management to enhance the quality of education. The Parent-Teacher Association, Parents' Day and Parents' Association enhance communication and cooperation between home and school.
