Provide Chinese bridging program for NCS students.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group/cluster learning, etc. on a need basis); developing school-based Chinese language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing inclusive school activities; employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out/cluster learning) on a need basis in the implementation of universal education across the board for some grades (i.e. all classes/groups, etc.) in the school. The school has also provided additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as necessary for the implementation of Putonghua teaching across the board for some grades (i.e. all classes/groups). Provide a summer bridging program for NCS students to encourage the use of Chinese.

Home school cooperation:

Twice a year, we have Parents' Day and Home Visit, Parents' Tea, Parent-Child Day Out, and Parent Volunteers.

Environmental Policy:

The school actively utilizes the excellent ecology inside and outside the school, promotes environmental and sustainable eco-education work (including wetland study, buffalo, butterfly, shellfish, organic farming, pet care, etc.), and sets up regular waste recycling, food waste sorting, and green campus (one flower for each lifetime) programs.
