The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn the Chinese language by: arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group/group learning, etc.); organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as necessary in the implementation of Putonghua teaching in the whole school at all grade levels (i.e. in all classes/groups). After-school group counseling classes, etc. to provide learning support.

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) actively organizes a wide range of activities to strengthen home-school liaison and enhance parents' sense of belonging to the school. Parent volunteer teams work together with the school to build a caring campus.
