1. The school has set up a School-based Curriculum Development Team (SBCDT) to collaborate with professional curriculum development experts outside the school to tailor the Chinese and Mathematics curricula for NCS students to enhance their learning interests and abilities.
2. Subject teachers of Chinese, English and Mathematics will adapt the curriculum and assessment according to the ability of students, so as to provide more academic care for students with weaker academic performance.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, small group/group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing inclusive campus activities.
