Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; organizing inclusive school activities; and providing additional support (e.g., pull-outs/groups, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as necessary in the implementation of Putonghua education across the board for some of the grades in the school (i.e., for all classes/groups). Provide after-school pull-out Chinese learning groups for admitted NCS students.
Home school cooperation:
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the school was established in 1995 and has a large team of parent volunteers to assist the school in implementing various activities. The Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) also has parent representatives to discuss the school's affairs and increase the transparency of the school's administration.
Environmental Policy:
Participate in the Blue Sky Campaign and set up the Green Campus Program and the Campus Cleanup Program. The Planting Section and the Ecology Section were set up to teach students the knowledge of planting and butterfly breeding, to cultivate students' attitude towards protecting the environment in a holistic learning mode, and to learn to live a low-carbon life and treasure resources through waste recycling and waste separation.
