Aims: The school is committed to providing students with a whole-person education that emphasizes the five values of "ethics, intellect, physique, social skills and aesthetics" through a wide range of learning and teaching activities. The school also emphasizes on taking care of students' individual differences and encourages tailor-made teaching to enable students to develop their potentials and build up a positive and correct outlook on life.

Management structure: The School adopts a participatory decision-making model in its organizational structure, whereby important policies are discussed and formulated through the Executive Council, the School Council and the Academic Affairs Council, with a view to establishing common values and beliefs.
