Classroom teaching model:
Small class sizes are practiced throughout the school. Students are divided into classes from Grade 1 onwards. In Grade 1, there are two class teachers, one of which is co-taught by an expatriate English teacher and a local English teacher.
Placement in classes:
Students in grades 1-3 are divided into classes based on academic performance and are enrolled in the school-based Elementary and Middle School English Advanced Placement Program (EAP). Students in grades 4-6 are divided into classes based on their overall academic performance, with enrichment and remediation programs.

The school has been awarded the Caring School Award for 13 consecutive years and the Moral and Civic Education Award Scheme for 18 times. The school also arranges for the Principal and Ritual Care for new Primary 1 students, tutoring for the Principal, uploading of adaptive curriculum and homework to the Home-School Communication Platform, and the Activity Participation Award Scheme. The school also arranges for the care of new Primary 1 students by school principals and discipline, Primary 1 Induction Program, counseling by school principals, uploading of Induction Program and homework to the Home-School Communication Platform, and participation in the Activity Participation Award Scheme.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
The Leapfrog Classroom supports students with learning difficulties through small group lessons, with teachers making adjustments to the curriculum, homework, silent study, and test and examination arrangements. For gifted students, assessment is arranged and enrichment or pull-out training courses are provided. Tiered teaching design and adaptation of assignments are also carried out to cater for students' learner diversity.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support for admitted NCS students to learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities. Arrangement of small group Chinese learning and after-school Chinese language support groups for needy NCS students.
