The school has a simple atmosphere and a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Through award programs, adventure camps, sky of growth, school-based counseling activities, orientation days, leadership training, moral education seminars and activities, and service learning, the school promotes character and civic education, fosters students' caring attitudes, and establishes a correct outlook on life.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
We have linked and mobilized classrooms for co-curricular activities, lectures, visits, and life-wide learning, as well as extended programs such as adventure camps, cross-curricular activities, outdoor learning, service learning, life-wide activities, and science inquiry, and we have incorporated STEM e-assisted teaching and learning strategies into our classrooms.
Life-wide Learning:
Diversified activities and team training are organized and each student participates in at least three extra-curricular activities. The activities are divided into uniform/team activities, small expert activities and Friday extra-curricular activities, which include Scouting, Traffic Safety Team, Flag-raising Team, Astronomy Small Expert, Chinese Medicine Small Expert, Chinese and English DJ, String Band, Mecha Master, Marching Band, Choir, Silver Band, English Drama, Soccer Team, Rugby Team and so on.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities.
