The school also organizes various outdoor learning and overseas learning activities, such as Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Shanghai, Shandong, Sichuan, etc., to broaden students' horizons and exposure.

Adaptation of the Chinese, English and Mathematics curricula to help less able or gifted students to improve their academic performance and develop their potential.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to its admitted NCS students to help them learn the Chinese language: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; and organizing inclusive campus activities. The school is committed to supporting the Chinese language learning of NCS students and the school-based professional support measures include:

Home school cooperation:
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) was established in 1994 to strengthen the communication between parents and the school in order to promote the academic and moral development of students. A number of parent education activities are organized every year to enable parents to share their experiences in parenting their children. Parent-child activities are often organized to enhance parent-child relationship and parents' sense of belonging to the school, such as parent-child study tours to Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and other places.
Environmental Policy:
The school is committed to promoting environmental education, using thematic investigations, environmental experiments, recycling competitions and field trips to raise students' awareness of environmental protection. It has also developed a series of environmental protection measures, such as air-conditioning switching off codes, water conservation measures, and setting up a centralized canteen to provide lunch, and has set up a solar energy generating facility within the school, so that teachers and students are working in concert to build an environmentally friendly campus.
