Teacher-student communication is emphasized and students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities to develop their strengths and enhance their self-confidence. Parents take up different types of voluntary work, such as lunchtime parent volunteers, storytelling aunts and activity class group tutors. A comprehensive student counseling program is implemented and an orientation day is held for new Primary 1 students.
