We are committed to the development of whole-person education based on the principles of student-centeredness and integration of training and counseling. Organize thematic counseling activities to create a caring environment and harmonious teacher-student relationships. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
With "learning from life and understanding from experience" as the principle of curriculum development, we enhance learning motivation and self-learning spirit through diversified and life-oriented teaching modes, and strive to cultivate students' good learning habits, so as to lay a solid foundation for lifelong learning.
Life-wide Learning:
Experiential learning days are organized for each grade level with different themes, such as Technology Day, Art Day, Life-wide Learning Week, Adventure Camp, and Out-of-Country Exchanges, as well as extra-curricular activities such as Debate, Fencing, Rugby, Marching Band, and Gifted and Talented Group; and the whole school participates in the Community Chest Boys' Club program. There is a 4-hour cross-curricular learning period every week, and multiple-intelligence activities are carried out at all levels to foster whole-person development of students.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
A dedicated officer is assigned to lead the work of "Bridging between Primary and Secondary Schools" and "Bridging between Primary and Secondary Schools". There is no examination in Primary One and a progressive approach is adopted to help students adapt. The Upper Primary School emphasizes learning strategies and self-learning, and has a school-based career planning curriculum to prepare students for secondary school.
