Objective: The school was established in 1976 as a subsidized elementary school under the Sheng Kung Tsung Tsai (Hong Kong) Primary Schools Supervisory Committee Limited. Through teaching and learning activities, the school aims to provide students with balanced development in the six areas of ethics, intellect, physique, social skills, aesthetics, and spirituality. The school motto of the school is "Not to serve others, but to serve others", and we hope that our students will contribute to the society in the future.

Management structure: An Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) is set up under the leadership of the school sponsoring body to promote the development of the school. An Improvement Team, an Administration Team and a Section Team have been set up to implement school affairs.
