The school is characterized by a simple school ethos and a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The school follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and teaches students the spirit of "not to serve others, but to serve others", so that students can have a balanced development in the six areas of morality, intellectuality, physicality, social skills, aesthetics, and spirituality.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
Biliterate and trilingual morning prayers and weather reports; annual activity days for each subject; application of the nine generic skills through life-wide learning and STEAM activities; out-of-country exchanges to broaden students' horizons.

Life-wide Learning:
Experiential learning activities are provided according to students' needs, including subject activity days, field trips, extra-curricular experiential courses, more than 30 interest groups and large-scale activities such as trips and sports events, etc., to foster whole-person development of students.
Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
We design worksheets of different levels for advanced and remedial training. In order to enhance the learning effectiveness of the students, we have also adopted a pull-out and collaborative approach through the tailor-made courses, as well as the inclusion of pre- and after-school tutorials, so as to cater for the learning diversity of the students in a more comprehensive manner.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, small group/group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing inclusive campus activities.
Home school cooperation:
Every year, the PTA organizes a variety of fun and meaningful activities for parents and students, such as parent-child activities, trips, workshops, competitions and parent training. Parent volunteers often assist the school in organizing various activities, and even set up scholarships to encourage students.
Environmental Policy:
Installation of solar panels on the rooftop to supply electricity to the school; replacement of no-touch faucets to minimize wastage of water; installation of drinking fountains and encouragement of students to bring their own bottles of water. Regular recycling activities were organized; students were educated to use waste separation bins, and an environmental protection officer was assigned to each class to manage and monitor waste paper recycling and energy saving. Setting up a "Butterfly Garden" and "Butterfly Corner" for students to observe the growth of butterflies in a beautiful campus environment.
