Objective: To uphold the mission of Fung Kai Public School, to implement whole-person education in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, social skills and aesthetics based on the motto of "humility, trust, diligence and sensitivity"; to cultivate students' ability to think independently, to assist them in establishing a correct and positive outlook on life, and to provide an excellent learning environment and a balanced curriculum so as to allow them to learn happily and to develop their potentials.

Management Structure: Fung Kai Public Schools has a Board of Directors to coordinate and manage its educational and charitable affairs. An education team is set up to promote and monitor the development of educational affairs.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students in Chinese language learning by arranging intensive modes of Chinese language teaching (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); and organizing inclusive campus activities. After-school Chinese learning support is provided for NCS students.

Home school cooperation:

Parents love the school and come to the school every day to volunteer their services. The PTA organizes seminars, workshops and leadership training courses every year and subsidizes the school to organize learning activities. The Chairman of the PTA is a member of the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC) and reflects the views of parents in the meetings. Parents recognize and support the school and praise the teachers for caring about the students and providing appropriate care for students with different abilities.
