Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
We actively develop e-learning to enhance students' learning ability and interest. In order to cater for the learning differences of students, the school has tailored the curriculum, adopted differentiated teaching strategies in the classroom, designed layered worksheets and self-learning corners for students, and arranged examinations and homework adjustments for students with special learning needs to enhance students' successful experience. The school also provides gifted and talented students with training programs and outstanding courses to give full play to their learning potential and creativity.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); organizing inclusive campus activities; and employing additional staff and/or procuring additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents. Set up a Primary Teacher Accompaniment Program and procure services to enhance students' Chinese language learning ability. Provide summer bridging programs for NCS students to encourage the use of Chinese.
