Classroom teaching model:

Small Class Teaching (SCT) is implemented in Years 1 to 6, with emphasis on optimizing learning and teaching in a small class environment and providing appropriate individual care. Learning and Teaching Strategies :

The SECI knowledge creation model is used to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching, the TARGET teaching guide is used to take care of differences, diversified independent learning strategies are used to promote self-learning, e-learning BYOD is developed to enhance students' application of information technology, and students are promoted to be multi-leaders with high participation through a full range of activities to effectively grasp the key points of learning.

Life-wide Learning:

Monday through Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, students are arranged to participate in Physical Education, Life-wide Learning, Multiple Intelligences Learning, Christianity and Life Education, and Uniformed Teams, which include: Ball Games, Athletics, Creative Arts, Chinese Orchestra, Choir, Hand Chimes, Chinese Dance, Speech, English Drama, Cub Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Boy Scouts of Christ, etc., which are more than 30 activities in total.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The School provides additional support to its admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-outs on a need basis, group/small group learning, etc.); organizing inclusive campus activities; and employing additional staff and/or procuring additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.

Home school cooperation:

Strengthen ties through parent-teacher gatherings at all levels and long newsletters. Organize parent academies and develop parent volunteer teams. The Parent-Teacher Association and the Alumni Association actively support school activities. The school has been awarded the "Caring School" for more than 10 consecutive years. The School Ethos and Discipline Committee and the PTA have been awarded the "Caring Teacher", "Caring Team" and "Outstanding Parent Volunteer of the Year 2022 in Kwun Tong District" respectively.
