Objective: The school motto is "Discernment and Conduct" and the five core values of Catholic education are implemented to cultivate students' correct values and positive outlook on life. Life-wide Learning:

1. Every Monday in the Life Education class, students are taught to develop a proper outlook on life and soft skills through the Leader in Me program.
2. every Tuesday to Thursday to conduct hands-on time slots for students to develop different soft skills through group work activities.
3. Every Friday, the Multiple Intelligences (MI) class is organized to develop students' multiple intelligences through more than 30 different kinds of activities.

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:

Enhance students' literacy skills by drawing up the school-based curriculum. Adaptation of the curriculum for students with special educational needs (SEN), and addition of gifted programs, such as STEM Team, CoolThink@JC Tutorial, Maths Elite, etc. The school will recommend students with potential to become members of the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education so that they can participate in the gifted programs.

Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:

The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to facilitate their Chinese language learning by: arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group/cluster learning, etc. on a need basis); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing inclusive school activities; employing additional staff and/or procuring additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents; and the school's full implementation of universal education for some grades (i.e., for all classes/groups) Provide additional support (e.g. pull-out/group learning, phonics teaching materials, etc.) as necessary in the implementation of universal education.

Home school cooperation:

The school has a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) which serves as a bridge between parents and the school and is an important partner in the school's development.
