Spiritual Training and Support: Through morning prayer meetings, workshops, seminars, "Growing Sky", anti-adversity activities, outdoor experiences, positive education experiences, each student's job, classroom management and individual counseling, we support students' individual needs, enhance their self-confidence, sense of achievement, sense of responsibility and sense of belonging, and build up a caring, harmonious and inclusive and healthy school campus. Learning and Teaching Strategies :
To promote e-learning, STREAM education and co-curricular activities to enhance students' integration and application of cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills; to cultivate students' independent learning, national identity and positive values; and to create an enjoyable campus life through various internal and external exchanges and service learning.
Students learned more about traditional Chinese culture and cultivated national identity through the making of flour figurines and flower cards. They also learned about national security education through activities such as the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Day, Constitution Day, flag-raising ceremonies, and speeches under the National Flag, cultivating national concepts and respect for the rule of law.
Life-wide Learning:

Course Tailoring and Adaptation Measures:
Provide pull-out, bottom-up, and special services for gifted students, as well as accommodations for SEN students in terms of homework, dictation, and testing, and design tiered worksheets to cater for individual differences in student learning.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese language learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive modes of Chinese language teaching (e.g., pull-out learning on a need basis, group/cluster learning, etc.); developing a school-based Chinese language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing inclusive campus activities. Facilitating communication with parents, after-school homework guidance, and organizing interest classes on Chinese cultural activities.
Home school cooperation:
Through the Parent Education Series, Parent Volunteer Program, Tea Gathering, Parent-Child Tour, Interest Classes and Scholarship Programs, we have been able to unite the strengths of home and school to create a conducive environment for the positive development of our students' academics as well as their physical, mental and spiritual development.
Environmental Policy:
The school has participated in the Jockey Club Resource Smarter Choosing Scheme of the Business Environment Council, the Jockey Club Green Building and Environmental Assessment School Scheme, the Water Conservation School Scheme of the Water Supplies Department, which has won the Hong Kong Island East Gold Award and the Water Saving Smart Star Award, the Pilot Project on Lunch Facilities for School Walking Plastic, the Outreach Project for Sustainable Schools, the provision of recycling bins on each floor and the recycling of food waste from lunch, and the installation of an energy monitoring system on the 4th and 5th floors for the purpose of promoting the environmental protection message.
