Management structure: The school was converted from North Point Methodist Afternoon School to a whole-day school and renamed Tanner Hill Methodist School in 2010. Since 1996, the school has practiced school-based management and established a culture of self-evaluation. Under the School Management Committee (SMC), there are Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), Parent-Manager (PM), Alumni-Manager (AM), School Manager-Teacher Advisory Committee (SMAC), Executive Committee (EC), and various subject and functional units (Sections and Functional Units (FUs), all of which complement each other in school management.
