- We will progressively introduce English as a medium of instruction (EMI) for capable students in junior secondary schools so that they can adapt to using English as a medium of instruction at an early stage.
- We will construct a conducive "English learning environment" and strengthen English learning measures to increase the number of people who are "suitable for learning through English".
- We will provide more English language learning support for students of lower socio-economic status to ensure that they have a choice of language learning opportunities.

There are two examinations and two standardized tests each year as summative assessments, and mid-year developmental assessments in each subject through assignments, project work, daily tests and students' learning activities in class. School Wind:
In the school, students embrace the values of the Gospel and form a family with their teachers. The close teacher-student relationship helps to resolve students' growth and learning difficulties. We place a special emphasis on establishing a healthy lifestyle with our students. Students especially enjoy STEM activities, STEM competitions and sports.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school is an ordinary grammar school. We are committed to designing a curriculum that is specific, interactive, diversified, life-like and relevant to boys. Therefore, the Senior Secondary curriculum is tailored to the development of students' individual aptitudes and abilities, with elective subjects offered in the Humanities, Science, Technology, Arts and Physical Education learning areas. In the classroom, we emphasize the setting of clear learning targets, the promotion of interactive learning and the assessment of students' progress from time to time, as well as the need to summarize what has been learned at the end of each lesson. At the junior secondary level, we have implemented the "Independent Learning" program to develop students' self-learning ability, thereby enhancing their motivation to learn. Through the use of worksheets and classroom group discussions, learning has become more active and students' participation has been greatly enhanced. In recent years, the school has been committed to the development of STEM education, which aims to cultivate students' creative thinking and hands-on skills. A cross-curricular STEM school-based curriculum has been implemented in the junior secondary school to enable students to integrate the knowledge and skills of various subjects and then apply them in real life. The school has also raised funds to set up a STEM Education and Learning Center in the school to provide students with better facilities and environment to develop their communication, collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, inquiry and logical thinking skills, so that they are well-equipped to cope with the pace of the rapidly changing society.
Teacher professional training and development:
In addition to attending the Teacher Development Day, teachers undertake annual refresher training to support the school's development, which includes STEM and SEN related training courses. Time has also been set aside in the timetable for teachers to work together to prepare lessons and exchange teaching ideas.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School adopts a whole-school approach in the implementation of integrated education by setting up a Student Support Team comprising the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and Support Teachers, Social Workers, Chinese, English, Mathematics and Science Support Class Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Educational Psychologists to help students with SEN, and arranging for teachers to enroll in integrated education courses to enhance their professional competence. The school makes flexible use of the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide diversified support for students with SEN, including the employment of Integrated Teaching Assistants to provide learning support for students inside and outside the classroom, socialization training, and outsourcing of speech therapy to provide training for students in need. We also cater for students' learning differences through curriculum design, diversified teaching strategies, group teaching, homework and test adaptation, etc. to enhance students' learning effectiveness. The school also works closely with professionals such as the Education Bureau and school-based educational psychologists, conducts regular student assessments and meetings, and invites parents to participate in individual meetings, so as to help students design specific and feasible support plans or formulate Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) through multi-disciplinary talks. In addition, the school regularly disseminates information on SEN to all teachers, shares relevant concepts and teaching suggestions, and organizes all-teacher training on a need basis to enhance teachers' understanding of IE. The school strives to build up a whole-school inclusive culture through home-school and resource deployment and the provision of appropriate and diversified support services for students.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; organizing cultural integration activities; and providing additional support (e.g., pull-outs/group learning, Pinyin teaching materials, etc.) as needed in the implementation of universal education in all grades (i.e., in all classes/groups) of the School. The school organizes Chinese Language Week and other cultural promotional activities every year to enable NCS students to experience the essence of Chinese culture together.
