The school adopts Chinese language teaching to enhance students' learning effectiveness. For English, the school adopts an Advanced Placement (AP) curriculum to provide students with more favorable conditions for further studies and employment, and each triple class is taught by four teachers to implement the strategy of "pulling out the best to fill in the gaps". - Starting from 2019, the school has an additional SENCO to lead the student support team, comprising of the Guidance Officer, Academic Officer, SEN Support Teacher, Social Worker, Educational Psychologist and representatives from Chinese, English and Mathematics. The school provides support services for students both inside and outside the school based on professional assessment reports.
- The school organizes case conferences for students in need, explaining to teachers and parents the needs of the students, and consulting and following up together. The support team collaborates with other subject teams and class teachers to support students in need.
- With the Student Support Grant, the school purchases a number of professional services, including speech therapy, the Joyful Companions Program and social training groups. Regular art therapy activities are organized for students to relieve their stress. The school also provides academic-based individualized support and arranges oral training in both English and Chinese for Form 6 students who have been approved for oral adaptation, which is very effective. The support team also develops individualized learning plans for students in need. If the need for examination adaptation is confirmed after professional assessment, the school will arrange internal assessment adaptation and apply for public examination adaptation.
