Implement mother-tongue teaching and emphasize on enhancing learning interests. Foreign English teachers are employed to enhance oral communication in English, and an English corner has been set up to create a lively language environment and atmosphere. The school also emphasizes the learning of other languages, with Japanese, Korean, Spanish and French classes, and organizes a wide range of language and cultural activities every year to enhance students' language proficiency.
Tests and study adaptation measures:
The school has two semesters in a school year, with one examination in each semester, and continuous assessment (including homework, quizzes and standardized tests) is conducted for students in the middle of the semester. In addition, the teachers and social workers in charge of the SEN Task Force will collect information and statistics on the "Test Adjustment Needs" of all SEN students at the beginning of the semester, so that they can understand the needs of SEN students for special examination arrangements as early as possible, and then provide them with the most appropriate arrangements during the examination period (including: longer examination time, enlarging the font size of the examination paper, and special seating arrangements, etc.). The school's ethos is simple and unadulterated. - The school also continued to promote the English Builders and Moodle self-paced online learning programs to enhance students' English proficiency. Students' English vocabulary was also enriched through English reading and sharing in the mornings and morning reading.
- Various grants and funds are available to support learning. For example, the School-based After-school Learning Support Program helps less able students to enhance their learning effectiveness, while the Life-wide Learning Grant helps students to participate in study trips, overseas exchanges, and study experience programs.
Teacher professional training and development:
The school actively promotes the professional development of teachers. In addition to teacher training days, the school also organizes cross-curricular collaborative exchanges to promote a learning culture. The school actively promotes spiritual education for teachers, taking care of the development of their mind, body and spirit, and provides space for teachers to strengthen their subject knowledge training. The Collegial Lesson Observation Scheme enabled teachers to enhance their teaching skills in the use of information technology and equipment during lessons and invited them to pay attention to classroom management. In order to enhance the understanding and support of class teachers and subject teachers for individual students with SEN, the Support Team will exchange information with them on a regular basis on the learning situation of the students concerned and discuss the support measures. The school adopts a diversified mode of support, including the recruitment of additional teachers and support staff, the implementation of various training courses and group activities, and the flexible use of the Learning Support Grant to procure professional support services, such as speech therapy, to support the special learning needs of students. The school attaches importance to home-school co-operation and organizes regular gatherings for parents of students with SEN so that they can understand their children's learning and development.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g., pull-out learning on a need basis, small group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; organizing cultural integration activities; and employing additional staff and/or purchasing additional translation/interpretation services to facilitate communication with parents.
