The subjects taught in English at all levels from S1 to S3 are: Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Information Technology (CIT). For S4 and above, students can decide whether to study Mathematics and Science (including Mathematics, ICT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Enterprise, Accounting and Financial Studies) in Chinese. The school has a good track record in the Chinese Language subject and attaches great importance to the English language standard of its students. Therefore, the school has invested a lot of resources in enhancing the English language ability of its students, and the English Language Section has set up small-group teaching in some junior secondary classes and set up an English language room to provide an excellent environment for students to learn and apply English. In addition to classroom teaching, extra-curricular activities such as the Summer English Bridging Programme, Pre-Secondary 1 English Classes, Weekly English Day, Morning Reading Scheme and Morning Reading Sharing, etc. have been organized to enhance students' English proficiency.

Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:

The School has set up a Student Support Team to support students with SEN, comprising the SEN Co-ordinator, Guidance Officers, Discipline Officers, Counselors, Social Workers and Educational Psychologists. The work of the team includes identification and referral of suspected cases, co-ordination of subject teams in providing tests and curriculum adaptation for students with SEN. The school makes use of the Learning Support Grant to employ counselors to support students with SEN, and organizes "Social Skills Groups", "Homework Help Groups" and "Speech Therapy Groups" according to needs. The school maintains close contact with parents through social workers to report to them the school situation and learning performance of students in a timely manner, with a view to achieving home-school co-operation in supporting students with SEN.

School facilities:

The school building is a standard school building constructed by the government, with an additional teaching building built under the School Improvement Project. The school has 28 standard classrooms and 20 special-purpose classrooms, including two computer rooms, laboratories and special rooms for various sciences and technical subjects, a geography room, a design and technology workshop, a teaching support room, an English room, a library, a fitness room, a lecture room that can accommodate all grades, and a small auditorium. There is also an auditorium, cafeteria, covered playground, open playground, podium plaza, volleyball court, and basketball court. All classrooms, special rooms, auditoriums, cafeterias, and downstairs corridors are air-conditioned. All classrooms have Internet access and are equipped with computers and projectors, and most of the classrooms are equipped with WIFI so that students can study on tablet computers. The desks in the basic rooms are equipped with individual lockable drawers for students to store their books and belongings. The school has excellent teaching facilities and an ideal learning environment.

The Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System consists of two phases: Discretionary Places Allocation (DP) and Central Allocation (CA).
Discretionary places refer to S1 places reserved by schools for self-admission of students. Government, aided and caput secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places not exceeding 30%, while DSS secondary schools are allowed to reserve S1 places exceeding 30%.
The application period for the 2024 Discretionary Places is from January 2 to January 16, 2024. All secondary schools participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System (participating secondary schools) will accept applications during the same period. Parents of current Primary 6 students participating in the Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) will receive two copies of the Application Form for Secondary 1 Discretionary Places in early December 2023 through their children's elementary school.
