The Hong Kong Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) provides school social work service, and senior teachers form a counseling team to implement a number of counseling programs to enhance students' self-discipline and moral integrity, and to strengthen the caring atmosphere among students and their sense of belonging to the school, such as the "Mentor Teacher Program" for Secondary 1 to 3 students, the "Secondary 2 Training Camp", the "Life Education", the "Teachers' Sharing" morning assembly, and thematic seminars. The school has also set up an assistant class teacher, i.e. class tutor, for each class to strengthen class management and create a caring atmosphere. The Middle School offers the curriculum of a normal grammar school. The senior secondary school offers ten elective subjects in addition to the four core subjects. In addition, the school operates a number of reading programs and reading incentive programs, and has a whole-school reading period at lunchtime to encourage extensive reading in both Chinese and English.

Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with SEN, providing them with appropriate and diversified support services to enhance their learning effectiveness and facilitate their integration into school life. The Student Support Team comprises the SEN Co-ordinator, Educational Psychologist and teachers. Class meetings are used to promote the concept of "Whole School Approach": During class meetings, subject teachers, class teachers and subject teachers of students with SEN will work together to formulate feasible support measures, and parents, educational psychologists, etc. will be invited to attend the case conferences to follow up on the support work as necessary. Schools will provide appropriate support to students in the light of their special educational needs and the views of various stakeholders, etc. Schools will also refer students to educational psychologists for follow-up to formulate individualized learning plans for students in need. Flexible use of the Learning Support Grant for outsourcing services and hiring of professionals to provide appropriate support to students with special educational needs. The school arranges test accommodations for students with special educational needs and assists them in applying for relevant accommodations when taking public examinations. The school emphasizes home-school co-operation and has established a regular communication mechanism to discuss and review strategies for supporting students with their parents through face-to-face meetings and interviews. Besides, in order to enhance the professional capacity of teachers in the school in taking care of students with special educational needs, apart from arranging serving teachers to enroll in the training courses organized by the Education Bureau, the school also encourages its staff to participate in theme-based seminars and experience-sharing sessions, so as to strengthen professional exchanges.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The school provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: the school will implement the Second Language Learning Framework for the Chinese Language Curriculum (the Learning Framework) developed by the Education Bureau (EDB) on a need basis to help NCS students overcome the difficulties in learning Chinese as a second language, so as to facilitate their articulation to mainstream Chinese lessons.
