- Our teachers and students have a harmonious relationship. Teachers use love to touch the hearts of students, and students return the favor by being grateful to their teachers.
- We emphasize space and freedom so that students can cultivate the habit of learning well, learning on their own, and being able to organize activities independently and spontaneously to realize their potential.

Teacher professional training and development:
Through organizing workshops, lectures and seminars, we strive to enhance the professionalism of teachers and the quality of teaching to meet the needs of schools and the education reform.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and adopting a Whole School Approach to support students with SEN. By utilizing the Learning Support Grant, employing additional teaching assistants and collaborating with different professional teams, the school provides diversified support services for students with SEN. The "Student Support Team" consists of Special Educational Needs Coordinators, Guidance Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Social Workers, Educational Psychologists and other specialized staff. In addition to the adaptation arrangements for homework and tests, the school also flexibly utilizes the subsidy to purchase professional services. For example, the school has purchased the services of a clinical psychologist to provide psychological treatment to students with emotional and behavioral problems; purchased the services of "occupational therapy" to provide individual training to students with writing disabilities; provided training on "concentration" and "execution skills" to teach students who are over-active/under-concentrated to enhance their self-management and other learning skills; organized "career planning" courses to help students explore their life paths; organized parent seminars; and organized a "career planning" course to help students explore their life paths. The Jockey Club Career Planning Program is organized to help students explore their life pathways; seminars and workshops for parents are held to help them understand their children's unique developmental needs. We also participated in the "Jockey Club Joyful Companions Program" to provide social group training for autistic students. There are also various potential development programs and activities, such as drama therapy training, board games group, animal-assisted therapy group, and so on. School-based measures and external support are reviewed regularly to ensure their effectiveness.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn the Chinese language by arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, small group learning, etc.) and organizing cultural integration activities.
