The school uses English as the main medium of instruction (please refer to the subject information for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 school years for details) and implements an "all-round language policy" to create a language environment in which every student can master "biliteracy and trilingualism". The school adopts a Whole School Approach (WSA) to implement integrated education (IE) to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
The school has set up a Student Support Team, comprising the Vice Principal, the Life Education Unit Coordinator, the Guidance Officer, the School Social Worker and the Integrated Education Assistants, to formulate appropriate support plans for students in need, and to disseminate the message of appreciation of individual differences and mutual tolerance in the school. The school also actively encourages its staff to enroll in the "Taking Care of Diverse Learning Needs" training course to enhance their ability in taking care of students with different needs.
The school effectively utilizes the Learning Support Grant to provide different services according to students' needs, such as drama development training and darts training, to enhance students' social skills, concentration and self-confidence. School-based psychologists also provide individual assessment and group training for students in need.
