School-wide language policy:
The school focuses on developing biliteracy and trilingualism among its students. Collaborative teaching is implemented in both Chinese and English subjects, and students use the Language Learning Center and tablet computers to attend classes. At the junior secondary level, the school consolidates the English foundation of students and implements a tiered approach to English language teaching to cope with students' different levels of English proficiency, and guides students to make good use of the online self-learning system to increase the opportunities for and effectiveness of their English learning. We have recruited a team of expatriate teachers to participate in English classes on a regular basis. We have set up English cafes to conduct relaxing English teaching activities to enrich English learning. English morning assembly, English week, diversified learning activities and study tours are also organized. Cross-curricular reading has also been introduced to increase students' opportunities to learn English. The Chinese and English subjects have also strengthened the interface between primary and secondary education. Students are encouraged to participate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English speaking activities. Mathematics and Science are taught in English at some junior secondary levels to prepare students for further studies.

The school culture is simple and unadorned, with students respecting teachers, learning well and being courteous and disciplined. At junior secondary level, students receive a series of disciplinary training activities, with the main theme of "prudent speech and discipline", in order to realize the spirit of the school's motto of propriety, righteousness, honesty and shame. In addition, the school adopts a "Whole School Approach" to discipline and counseling through the participation of all teachers, the dual classroom teacher system, social workers and educational psychologists to support students' moral education, discipline and counseling, and to emphasize students' grooming and classroom order, and to cultivate self-discipline and self-love among students.
