Emphasis is placed on moral education and discipline training for students. All teachers and resident social workers are actively involved in student counseling and discipline, and most of the classes have adopted the double class teacher system and implemented lunch detention for junior secondary students to enhance student care.
Students are trained in character development through morning meetings, weekly meetings, class meetings, and the Character and Service Award Program, which rewards students for excellence in character and activities.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
In terms of curriculum and teaching, the school provides group teaching for all major subjects at all levels, so that teachers can tailor the curriculum according to the level of the students to achieve the effect of teaching students according to their aptitude. Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School is committed to building an inclusive culture and implementing a policy of integrated education in the Whole School Approach to effectively cater for the individual differences of students. Through various support measures, it takes care of students with special educational needs (SEN) and provides them with appropriate support and counseling to help them learn effectively.
The school has applied for the Learning Support Grant from the Education Bureau to provide appropriate services for students with different learning needs. Support teachers are assigned to each student with special educational needs according to his/her personality traits to cater for his/her growth and learning needs. In accordance with the school's policy on integrated education, subject teachers adapt the curriculum for students with SEN, design special worksheets, and formulate flexible and needs-specific assessment methods. In addition, the school provides educational psychology service, speech therapy service and various kinds of group training for students with SEN. Teachers are encouraged and arranged to receive training provided by the Education Bureau, including the Whole School Approach to support students with SEN, the teaching of strategies to support students with different learning needs, and new teaching concepts to inspire their potentials.
Schools also attach great importance to home-school co-operation and have established a regular communication mechanism to discuss with parents on strategies to support students through different channels.

The School provides additional support to the admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese language teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning, group learning, etc. on a need basis); and organizing cultural integration activities.
School facilities:
In addition to 37 air-conditioned standard classrooms, there are a number of multi-media studios, laboratories, computer rooms, design and technology rooms, home economics room, music room, geography room, library, English corner, conference room and school history hall, etc., which are funded by the Quality Education Fund. There is also a large auditorium with a capacity of 800, two rainy day playgrounds and a ball field.
The school has spent HK$2 million on the development of STEM curriculum and built the "Amazon Biology Classroom", which is an animal-themed STEM school-based curriculum. In 2021, the school will add the "Sky Corner", which is equipped with three sets of flight simulation systems for training pilots of civil aviation aircraft.
