School-wide language policy:
Starting from the third cycle of fine-tuning the medium of instruction (MOI) for secondary schools (2022/23 to 2027/28), the school has adopted English as the MOI for most of the subjects at junior secondary levels, except for Chinese Language, Chinese History and Life and Social Studies. According to the language performance of students at the time of admission, the school has arranged for the majority of students to use English as the medium of learning and some to use Chinese as the medium of learning. In addition to classroom teaching, the school's two expatriate English teachers conduct daily activities in the "English Corner" to communicate with students in English, creating a strong English learning environment for students. The school also offers a cross-curricular English learning program to promote collaboration between English and other English-medium subjects, so that students can better integrate the use and learning of English to bridge to senior secondary school.

Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School adopts a "Whole School Approach" in implementing IE. The School has set up a Student Development Team (comprising a Deputy Principal, a Careers and Further Education Officer, an Extra-curricular Activities Officer, a Moral and Civic Education Officer, a Guidance Officer, a Discipline Officer, a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and a Resident Social Worker, etc.) to take care of all aspects of the growth of its students, and arranges for the enrollment of teachers in courses related to IE in order to enhance the professional competence of the teachers. The school makes flexible use of the Learning Support Grant and other school resources to provide diversified support to all students, including the employment of teaching assistants to provide appropriate support to students. At the same time, the school has procured speech therapy services to provide training and treatment for students in need. We also cater for students' learning differences through testing and assessment to enhance the learning effectiveness of students with special educational needs (SEN). The school also works closely with school-based educational psychologists and other professionals to conduct regular individual conferences and student assessments. Parents are invited to participate in the conferences to develop individual learning plans for students and review the effectiveness of the plans on a regular basis, so as to equip parents with the skills to effectively care for and teach their children.
