- Management structure: The Principal chairs the Senior Management Team, the School Administration Committee and the School Council to formulate policies and enhance communication. School-wide language policy:
The school emphasizes English language teaching. Mathematics and Science at the junior secondary level are taught in English in some classes. Except for Chinese, Chinese History and Putonghua, most of the subjects in the Junior Forms have a maximum of 251 TP3T for the implementation of ELA activities. Senior Secondary Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Economics have both Chinese and English language groups, allowing students to choose the appropriate group according to their language ability. The school has set up a cross-curricular English curriculum team to enhance the English learning context and strengthen students' confidence and ability in learning English. The school has invested in additional teachers, teaching assistants and extra-curricular activity instructors to organize English enhancement classes, bridging classes and interest groups at all levels to cater for learning diversity.
Tests and study adaptation measures:
Progressive assessment (including tests, dictations, project work, presentations, homework, learning attitudes, related activities and other forms of diversified assessment) accounts for 30%; summative assessment (including examinations and standardized tests) accounts for 70%. 40% of the annual total is allocated to the first semester, and 60% to the second semester; an examination is allocated to each of the two semesters for Forms 1 to 5; and a whole-level standardized test is allocated to the middle of the second semester. In the second semester, there will be a standardized test for the whole grade in the middle of the second semester. In addition, in order to set clearer targets for S6 students, the first common test for all subjects is held in early September to assess public examination results. The second standardized test is conducted in December to prepare for the mock and public examinations.

Learning and Teaching Strategies :
The school emphasizes the promotion of students' initiative in learning, and systematically teaches students learning skills at the beginning of their studies, including pre-study before class, making good use of e-learning platforms, and making their own notes, so as to cultivate their good learning habits. The school regularly updates its IT equipment, utilizes different facilities to enhance students' interest in learning, and strengthens the interaction between teachers and students so that students can have sufficient learning resources and support outside school hours. All subjects encourage students to participate in off-campus competitions, organize field trips and visits, etc., and arrange classroom activities and project studies for students to broaden their horizons and put into practice what they have learnt, as well as organizing English Street Visits and English Day to enhance the English learning environment for students and equip them with skills for lifelong learning.
Teacher professional training and development:
The school emphasizes on the professional development of teachers. In addition to the establishment of an education reference database, the school regularly invites guest speakers to give lectures and conducts visits and training activities according to the direction of the school's development. Teachers often attend professional development seminars, lectures and workshops to enhance their academic and teaching standards, and return to the school for professional exchanges through school council meetings and subject meetings to strengthen the teaching team. The school encourages teachers to second to the Education Bureau and to participate in the work of the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) so as to broaden their horizons and enhance their quality. The school also arranges exchanges between teachers and other educational organizations. There is a Teacher Professional Development Team to co-ordinate the professional development of teachers.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school recognizes that students with special educational needs should have equal opportunities to participate in school life and to upgrade and equip themselves. Therefore, the school implements the policy of "Whole School Approach, Whole Person Care" to support students with special educational needs. The school has set up an Integrated Education Coordination Team and arranged a care teacher to help students with SEN to integrate into school life more easily. Teachers are experienced in catering for students with special needs and some of them have completed courses on integrated education. Additional staff and tutors have been recruited to facilitate the school's peer counseling program, learning support, speech therapy, and special adjustments for examinations.
