- Objective: Adhering to the school sponsoring body's policy of focusing on biliteracy and trilingualism, we are the first subsidized secondary school in Hong Kong to use Putonghua as the medium of instruction. We aim to develop students' multiple intelligences so that they can have a holistic and personalized development, enjoy life-long learning, and become creative, resilient, responsible and enterprising citizens.

- A number of English-medium subjects (e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology, ICT, etc.) are offered at senior secondary level for students to choose according to their wish and ability, thus helping students to broaden their horizons and connect with the world.

- We attach great importance to the growth of our students, allocate a large amount of resources to provide support, and adopt the model of training and counseling, whereby themes are set according to the actual needs of the students each year and coordinated by the Vice Principal (Student Support), so as to systematically help students to develop healthily in the three dimensions of physiology, psychology, and socialization.
- We arrange student-centered and diversified activities to create plenty of opportunities for them to "take the lead" and develop in a diversified way. In conjunction with the deliberate arrangement, we praise students with outstanding performance and academic progress through various means (e.g., morning assemblies, weekly assemblies, school webpage, video system in the lobby, honor rolls, and conduct scores, etc.), so as to set an example and reinforce students' good behaviors.

Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The School is committed to implementing the Whole School Approach to Integrated Education. In terms of policy implementation, the school has arranged for the "Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator" to be the Convenor of the Special Assistance Team (Student Support Team), who holds regular meetings with relevant teachers to formulate appropriate support plans for students in need and help them develop multiple intelligences through various adaptations. To help teachers identify students in need and provide early support, the school systematically and strategically arranges teachers of different subjects to receive training under the EDB's "Three-Level Curriculum", invites educational psychologists or social workers to the school to organize thematic seminars for teachers in a timely manner, and disseminates information on integrated education to the staff on a regular basis. In addition, the school organizes seminars or workshops for parents in need to enhance their understanding of IE. On the other hand, the school utilizes its resources flexibly to cater for students' learning diversity, including the provision of additional support teachers, additional counselors and teaching assistants, as well as outsourcing of services, such as emotional management training courses, speech therapy services, integration activities, after-school tutorial classes, etc., to cater for the different needs of the students and to assist them in diversifying their development, so that they can plan for their lives and make appropriate arrangements in choosing their further education and careers.
