Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
The school is committed to building an inclusive culture and providing appropriate and diversified support services through the deployment of resources. The Student Support Team comprises the Deputy Principal, the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, the Educational Psychologist, the School Social Worker, the Guidance Counselor, the Discipline Officer, the Integrated Education Counselor, and teachers of all major subjects. The school flexibly utilizes the Learning Support Grant to hire additional manpower and procure professional services, and organizes "After-school Enrichment Programmes" for low achievers. The school also provides learning, homework and test accommodations for students in need, and organizes Individual Learning Plan (ILP) meetings to help students design specific and feasible support plans. A regular communication mechanism has been set up to discuss with parents through different channels on strategies to support students.
