- The school believes in the principle of "love and care" in education and emphasizes the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship. The school has implemented a number of counseling programs and moral education courses to provide comprehensive care for students, as well as a whole-school award scheme (the "Star Picking Scheme") to encourage students to actively participate in activities;
- Promote volunteer services to enable students to learn in a holistic manner and grow up healthily.
Learning and Teaching Strategies :
- Continuing to launch the Enrichment IT Programme (EITP), which provides technology leadership training and STEM leadership training (including computer programming, 3D printing design, robotics, mobile application programming, digital game design and multimedia design) to inspire students to develop their creative thinking. With a grant of $6 million from the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), the School is one of the eight secondary schools in Hong Kong to provide eight years of IT training and development.
- Implement language and diversified learning programs, emphasize reading and writing, and group writing in English and Chinese in high school;
- Organize Deep Learning Weeks for inquiry-based learning in different locations across all major KLAs;
- Organized the CLAP-Tech Jockey Club Applause - Innovative Education Programme, with a grant of $2 million, one of the five pilot schools in Hong Kong, and collaborated with the Hong Kong Baptist University to co-design the Innovative Technology Programme.
Teacher professional training and development:
Implementing the Teacher Partnership Scheme to unite teachers and provide different forms of school-based training; and setting up an annual recognition scheme for teachers of associated schools.
Whole School Participation Model Integrated Education:
1. To set up a Student Support Team to plan, coordinate and promote the Whole School Approach (WSA) to Integrated Education (IE), with a view to further building an inclusive culture and enhancing the support for students with special educational needs (SEN);
2. Support measures include teaching and assessment and adaptation, setting up of counseling groups, social training groups, and speech therapy groups;
3. Meet with parents regularly to follow up on students' learning progress and set up individual learning plans.
Educational support for non-Chinese speaking students:
The School provides additional support to admitted NCS students to help them learn Chinese: providing after-school Chinese learning support; employing additional teachers/teaching assistants to support NCS students' Chinese language learning; arranging intensive Chinese teaching modes (e.g. pull-out learning on a need basis, group learning, etc.); developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting teaching materials; and organizing cultural integration activities.

In the Millennium Campus, there is a Creative Technology Building, wireless WIFI installed throughout the school, and a number of I.T. classrooms, including Microsoft Interactive Learning Center, Creative Dream Workshop (3D design), Multimedia Learning Centre, GEO LAB, ACTIVE Learning Centre, and InnoTech Centre for Artificial Intelligence and IoT. With the latest IT equipment such as VR Virtual Reality, Hologram Viewer, and Reality Sand Table, etc., we are able to create a diversified I.T. teaching environment.
A large lecture hall is set up to hold academic lectures and conferences. AI ENG LAB, AI ENG STUDIO, Digital Campus TV, Campus Radio, Interactive Drama Center, Gymnasium, Rock Climbing Wall, etc. have been set up to optimize the campus environment.
