Program Planning

Our school aims to be biliterate, trilingual and internationally benchmarked, creating an environment that enhances the balanced development of our children in all areas. Our school emphasizes the importance of English language learning for our students, and we have created tailor-made English learning DVDs for our students. Our English classes are interactive and are taught using the Story Approach Integrated Learning, Letterland Approach and Phonics Approach.

Our school emphasizes that children can learn through activities, have first-hand experience and consolidate their knowledge. Since 2006, our school has conducted more than 20 video conferences with schools in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, such as schools in New York and London. During the video conferences, both sides will introduce the local culture and teach each other an activity. Our children have taught each other Chinese Kung Fu - Tai Chi, making a candy house, etc., while the other side has taught us waltz steps, bucket drumming, etc. This activity has not only been conducted in many foreign countries, but also in many other countries. This activity was not only reported in many foreign newspapers, but also in the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong, and even the BBC and the Times came to the school to cover the event.

Our school also held an international charity photo exhibition, "One World Project", in which students took photos of their own subject matter with a designated theme (e.g., favorite things, most hated things), and invited friend schools from the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom to participate in the exhibition, and collected all the students' works together. The following support is provided to parent-children.

Learning: A high proportion of expatriate teachers work in small class sizes; the school utilizes multimedia teaching materials to break the time and space constraints of learning and to help children challenge the international English and Mathematics benchmarks; the school has added a pronunciation QR Code to the children's exercise books, so that parents can consolidate the children's vocabulary knowledge at home; the school has also produced its own learning software, together with an online reading platform, to encourage parents to read with their children.

The Kindergarten Education Scheme (KES) is a scheme implemented by the Hong Kong Government since the 2017/18 school year. Participating kindergartens and kindergarten-cum-child care centers must meet three requirements:

  1. Non-profit organization;
  2. Offers a comprehensive range of local courses;
  3. Quality assessment through the Education Bureau.

The annual fee ceilings per student in the participating KGs in the 2023/24 school year are set out below:

Half-day: $11,280;
Full-time or long-time full-time: $29,330;
These fee ceilings mean that participating kindergartens cannot exceed these amounts when setting their school fees.
